App Terms of Use

Account and profiles
Access uses a code sent to a WhatsApp number you control. Do not share codes, sessions, QR references or private links. You may manage family profiles when authorized. The welcome promotion is once per account or family. A profile claim requires both sides to be verified and express approval.
Bookings
Premium CRM controls branches, prices, duration, professionals, availability, bookings, payments and benefits. An individual booking supports one to four services for one person and one professional. A group booking coordinates separate appointments per person. Price and duration appear before confirmation. A time is reserved only after server acceptance and any required deposit confirmation.
A waitlist entry applies to the chosen date. A compatible offer is held for 10 minutes. A group receives an offer only when the full group fits. The app may warn about overlapping appointments at different branches.
Prices, promotions and payments
Base prices are MXN. A confirmed normal price is honored; a new service uses the current price when changed. Promotions, points and a free haircut cannot be combined. Stripe processes online payments, and secure server confirmation controls over a visual return from the payment page.
Deposits, cancellation and absence
When a family account requires deposits, it pays MXN $100 for each person whose paid services total MXN $400 or more. With at least 30 minutes notice the deposit becomes credit; late notice or absence follows the displayed compensation rules. If the barbershop cancels, it requests a refund to the original method and bank timing may vary. Two no-notice absences block direct booking; reactivation requires a valid completed and paid service under current rules.
Benefits and gift cards
Points, free haircut progress and wallet are shared only within the applicable branch group. A free haircut requires six completed and paid haircut services for the same profile. Gift cards pay services only, not tips or another gift card, do not expire and cannot be transferred in the app once claimed. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
Photos, notices and conduct
Photos require consent, are not published and are used only in private history. The app may send operational notices and consented promotions. Do not access another account, alter prices or balances, evade limits, automate abuse or use notes and messages for unlawful content.
Availability, deletion and changes
Maintenance and external failures may affect service. Nothing limits rights that Mexican law does not allow to be limited. Account deletion is reviewed by Administration and minimum evidence may remain under the Privacy Notice. Changes will show a new version and date.
